Start folding the dough. The dough will form a structure. Add choco chips and fold them in the dough.If you feel the dough is not greasy add a bit of oil to it. Do not over do the dough. Preheat the oven 350F for 10mins. By then take a spoon and scoop the dough in lemon shape and place it on a baking tray greased with butter. Press the lemon size ball into a flat shape a bit. Do not apply too much pressure. It should be thick in shape but still flat. Place the cookie dough scoops And after the oven is preheated.
